CENTRAL FLORIDA RETREAT
These clients wanted to turn their traditional cottage into an updated retreat with an open floorplan that still offered distinct living and entertaining zones. This full-scale renovation included a new kitchen, dining room, library, family room and primary suite. Modern light fixtures and custom art brought the finish choices to life. One of our favorite spaces was a library nook, created by a pair of bookshelves with a built-in sliding ladder. Tucked next to the foyer, this space with cozy leather chairs is the perfect spot to relax with a good book. Overall this renovation took inspiration from the outside brick courtyard and verdant green of the Central Florida landscape. We highlighted the natural light and pulled in pops of green throughout the space to make this space a true retreat for the homeowners.
